This has been my go-to outfit lately for zipping about town while looking a tad chic. Braveheart meets sporty luxe ;). I got the idea while admiring Margaret & Natascha's 90s grunge girl looks from NYFW & PFW. I just had to replicate this trend and now stealing shirts from my boyfriend and wearing them as a belt is my new favourite past time. x Sharday

As they say - when the sun comes out in Vancouver, it's the best city in the world. Sunday was an example of such. These weekend snaps were taken in the uber luxe area of Vancouver called Yaletown. I'm loving my new Acne sweater dress, a last minute purchase before I left Australia, which has come in handy more than once.
Also, apologies for my schizophrenic dressing - it seems one post I'm in a sheer dress and the next I'm all rugged up freezing my butt off. The thing is, it's about to get a whole lot more crazy as I'm FLYING BACK TO AUSTRALIA TOMORROW. My best friend's getting married and I'm super proud to be the maid of honour. Here is the last shots of when Gabby, Liz & I teamed up to create awesome-ness. At first I was unsure of this Alice McCall maxi. Don't get me wrong, it is such a stunning print - but I am one who NEVER wears maxi-length dresses. After Liz & Gabby convinced me to try it on I was sold 100%. A beautiful, etheral look is created when light passes through it and it looks PERFECT with Gabby's Ellery heels. Ahh.. I love the pay off when you go outside your 'style comfort zone' and it works for you. x Sharday

Here's a simple outfit I wore to dinner in the city the other night. Loving these waxed RES jeans paired with a white shirt and statement necklace. I received the necklace as a Xmas pressie from my sis and although it's something I probably wouldn't buy myself, I'm loving it tucked under my collar.

Polo life is pretty glamorous. You drink Veuve, dress up in your best Summer dress & perve on spunky men on horses. Tough life! But on a more serious note, Paspaley Polo is a whole heap of fun, a bit like the races but more laidback and relaxed.. I highly reccomend it! x Sharday

I set myself a challenge a few weeks back. Wear more colour & prints. You have to understand that my everyday wardrobe favours basic colours and minimal prints.
So when Bardot asked me so style one of their new Summer prints into my wardrobe, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to try it out. At first I felt a little uncomfortable wearing such a bold print but then I just applied my tried and true rules: pair it back with basics and most importantly, never under estimate a white shirt. The end result is pretty damn good, if I don't say so myself :P.
