Wow what a whirlwind trip! It all started with a 20+ hr journey to Melbourne for my best friends wedding and 10 days with my fam. Then back on the 16hr flight to LA to enjoy 2 nights with Gabby (my LA woman). We had such a great time eating at LA's best restaurants: Urth Caffe for breakfast, lunch at the Ivy and dinner at Izakaya.. hello big fat food belly! The non-alcoholic and healthy detox starts today ;). x Sharday

I'm so excited to show you these snaps Liz from Street Smith took of Gabby & I before I left Oz. We were lucky enough to give these Alice McCall dresses a whirl and twirl * pun intended * and the end result is pretty hilarious. Here's a simple outfit I wore to dinner in the city the other night. Loving these waxed RES jeans paired with a white shirt and statement necklace. I received the necklace as a Xmas pressie from my sis and although it's something I probably wouldn't buy myself, I'm loving it tucked under my collar.

On Thursday, Melbourne's temp hit 39°C degrees! Anything above 30 degrees is too much for me, hence this Ksubi tee (worn to the LIFEwithBIRD Hawksburn store launch) seemed quite fitting. Keeping cool while looking 'fashion party' appropriate is quite a challenge, but I hope I pulled it off ok ;) x Sharday
