CBB = Chic Black Blazer. Everyone needs a good CBB in their closet. I've been hunting for the perfect black blazer for so long (I always have to borrow from a friend for job interviews) but lucky for me I got to pick out this stunning Wish blazer when participating in the Wish Style Challenge. Spring has sprung in the Northern Hemisphere. Time to ditch the head-to-toe black (*yes I'm guilty of this one*) and add a little pop of colour a la J Brand's crazy Hydrangea printed jeans. For me, this is the perfect way to wear colour without going too far out of my comfort zone x Sharday

yaletown

These weekend snaps were taken in the uber luxe area of Vancouver called Yaletown. I'm loving my new Acne sweater dress, a last minute purchase before I left Australia, which has come in handy more than once.

Also, apologies for my schizophrenic dressing - it seems one post I'm in a sheer dress and the next I'm all rugged up freezing my butt off. The thing is, it's about to get a whole lot more crazy as I'm FLYING BACK TO AUSTRALIA TOMORROW. My best friend's getting married and I'm super proud to be the maid of honour. So get ready for more North meets South hemispheric dressing! x Sharday

rainy days

Presenting my first blog shoot from Vancouver.. which should ultimately be renamed Raincouver. For the past week it has been raining (more so spitting) non-stop. But the show must go on.. and so it did. My poor boyfriend got saturated while taking these pics - luckily I was hiding under a little alcove! Let's just say Hunter Wellington boots are my best purchase to date! x Sharday p.s. the peace sign is now V for Vancouver!

VANCITY

I have been loving my time in Vancouver so far. Although it's pretty damn chilly, I have been keeping warm by sipping Thomas Haas' uber hot chocolates, ice skating (see how I accessorised my beanie to the skates.. so clever :P ) and also taking strolls around the park. I was also offered a retail job yesterday at an amazing boutique called Aritzia. They stock Marc Jacobs, J Brand, Current/Elliot etc and the list goes on. Can't wait to start next week xx Sharday

the take over

I just love Sass & Bide's new campaign featuring the one and only Coco Rocha. She begins her take over of all things S&B social media tomorrow. I think it's a really smart marketing idea that hasn't been replicated 1000 times like all the others! Plus Coco is the bomb, she is such a unique and stunning model (and she's from my new home - Canadian!). There's also a competiton to win a look from the campaign.. GO GO! xx Sharday

the next adventure

There is a reason for my poor blogging skills these past few weeks. My man & I are packing up our entire lives are moving to Vancouver, Canada today! He has been offered an amazing job & I'll be going along for the ride.. blogging all the way. Can't wait to share this exciting adventure with you all x Sharday
